[Video] Drone’s eye of the Kiev battlefield in Ukraine

Published on: February 21, 2014 at 1:00 PM

Once again drones provide a unique view of a warzone. This time in Ukraine.

As happened in June 2013, when UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) shot footage of the protests in Taksim Square, in Instabul, Turkey, an unknown type of drone has filmed protesters fighting with riot police in Independence Square, in central Kiev, that has become the headquarters of the protest.

Authorities have reported about 100 dead in clashes and several hundred injuries in Kiev, that has become a sort of battlefield, as the video below shows.
